
Our Black Belt Martial Arts
School emphasizes discipline and the value of persisting
until goals are reached. We believe in following a high
standard of values to bring out the good and increase
the quality of life. Regular attendance of our special
Adult Programs will result in stress reduction and
improved health.
Our adult students find that

Tae Kwon Do
Our Adult Tae Kwon Do classes are offered during the
day, in the evening and on weekends to help with your
busy schedule. Tae Kwon Do is one of the best ways to
get in shape, become more flexible, add muscle tone all
while learning valuable self defense skills.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Learn self defense, grappling and submissions in our
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Self Defense
Learn the essentials of how to protect yourself and your
family in our Self Defense
Classes.
Cardio Tae Kwon Do
An aerobic version of Tae Kwon Do, this class is offered
during out children’s practice class on Saturdays
allowing you a workout while your children practice
their Tae Kwon Do.
